Every listing is scanned for hidden location restrictions before it appears on Hirelett. Phrases like 'Remote (US only)', 'must be authorised to work in EU', or 'LATAM applicants only' are caught and flagged. Listings with clear restrictions that block African applicants are removed. Listings that explicitly welcome global applications get a verified badge.

Knowing you can apply is one thing — being able to get paid is another. Every listing is assessed for global payroll capability. Confirmed infrastructure (Deel, Remote.com, Payoneer, Wise mentioned in the posting or known company data) gets a 'Pays globally' badge. Listings that suggest US-only bank requirements are flagged clearly.
